Meridiam Maritime is an integrated short-sea operator working 3,000–5,000 DWCC tonnage across the European ranges.

Founded by Spanish and Portuguese principals in partnership with Pérez y Cía, a maritime group established in 1853, Meridiam is a freight trading company focused on the short-sea dry cargo segment. We trade Continent, UK, Irish Sea, Baltic, Scandinavia, Mediterranean and Black Sea.

Meridiam is a fully integrated operator managing the full scope of Chartering related activities — from the freight sale and the contract of affreightment, through the chartering of tonnage on our own account, down to an operations desk that handles every pre- and post-fixture aspect of the voyage through to final accounts.
